Welcome!

As a licensed clinical psychologist, I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to my practice, working with individuals across the lifespan. My extensive background includes supporting individuals with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and serious mental illness. Additionally, I am equipped to provide therapy, psychological assessments, and diagnostic services tailored to meet the unique needs of my clients. My comprehensive approach ensures that clients receive the support and guidance they need. My commitment is to foster a compassionate and understanding environment where clients feel empowered and valued.

My approach to therapy is grounded in humanistic and existential principles, emphasizing the unique experiences and potential of each individual. I am trained in narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), allowing me to tailor my methods to best meet the needs of my clients.

I offer telehealth services to ensure accessibility and convenience for those unable to attend in person. Additionally, I incorporate animal-assisted interventions seasonally at my therapy farm, from April to September, providing a therapeutic environment that fosters healing and connection with nature. This multifaceted approach ensures that clients receive comprehensive, compassionate care that supports their journey toward well-being.

In sessions with me, clients can expect to embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, guided by the principles of humanistic and existential psychology. By fostering an environment of genuine warmth and concern, I strive to create a safe space where clients feel truly seen and heard. Through our work together, clients can gain deeper insights into their values, beliefs, and purpose, while also developing the tools to navigate life’s challenges with greater resilience and authenticity. Ultimately, clients can expect to leave sessions feeling empowered, more connected to their true selves, and ready to embrace their life’s journey with renewed clarity and purpose. What we do…

Our clinical director and founder is a licensed clinical psychologist and brings over 15 years of professional experience in the field, coupled with the personal insight of being a neurodivergent individual and a parent to neurodivergent children. This distinctive blend of lived experience and doctoral-level clinical training fosters a profound understanding of the challenges faced, allowing for a more empathetic and effective approach to care.

Animal Assisted Interventions

We offer seasonal animal-assisted interventions from April through September at our farm in Lakebay, WA. Our team of co-therapists includes goats, pigs, chickens, an alpaca, cats, and a dog, all working together to create a therapeutic environment. These interventions provide unique, engaging, and supportive experiences for our clients, promoting healing and well-being in a natural setting.

Therapy/ Counseling

We offer therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, specializing in support for those with autism, developmental and intellectual disabilities, and serious mental illness. Our mission is to assist those who are often misunderstood, considered too challenging, or otherwise marginalized, ensuring they receive the compassionate care they deserve.

Assessments

We specialize in providing assessments for autism spectrum disorders, aiming to reduce the number of undiagnosed individuals and ensure they receive the necessary care and support. To enhance accessibility, most of our assessments are conducted via telehealth, allowing us to reach and assist a wider range of clients effectively.
